I’m Raymond, a therapist and the heart behind Heavenly Counsel. My calling is to help individuals and couples find peace, freedom, and renewed purpose — even after the hardest seasons of life. As a servant of God, it is important to implement biblical foundations alongside practical and counseling methods.

For years, I’ve walked alongside clients battling trauma, addiction, communication breakdowns, intimacy struggles, marriage and divorce challenges, depression, and anxiety. I understand how pain from the past can affect every part of life — your mind, your emotions, your faith, and your relationships.

My approach is both practical and compassionate. I combine evidence-based counseling methods and biblical truths with a safe, judgment-free environment so my clients can work through the things holding them back. Together, we focus on:

• Releasing shame, guilt, and painful memories

• Restoring confidence and self-worth

• Strengthening relationships and communication

• Building healthy coping skills and new habits

• Breaking free from cycles of anxiety, PTSD, and emotional triggers

Why I Became a Therapist

I know firsthand how unresolved pain can impact every area of life. My own experiences taught me the importance of having a safe place to process, heal, and rebuild. Becoming a therapist was a natural calling — a way to help others break free from cycles that keep them stuck and rediscover who they were meant to be.

A Little About Me

Outside of counseling, I’m a husband, father, and lifelong learner who enjoys bowling, mentoring young men, and spending quality time with my family. My faith grounds me, and it inspires me to create an environment where clients can find hope, renewal, and a sense of purpose.

I believe therapy should feel like a collaboration, not a lecture. My goal is to walk alongside you as you take back control of your story and experience what I call a “Heaven on Earth” transformation — living a life of peace, joy, and freedom.
