Do you find yourself burdened with repetitive thoughts of “Why can’t I escape my past?” or you can’t seem to escape the guilt or shame associated with a past traumatic event? Do you find it nearly impossible to find peace? These things rob us daily of experiencing joy, confidence, happiness, peace, and healthy relationships. Relationships are my passion, especially those concerning individuals suffering from issues related to communication, addiction, sexual abuse, loss of identity, intimacy, marriage/divorce, depression, and broken trust. Each individual, in my opinion, is unique and my approach is tailored case specific.

My approaches are based on evidence-based practice. I focus on creating new norms to foster healthy relationships, positive coping skills, increased confidence, and improved self-image. I have the desire to help my clients release themselves from the strongholds of bondage due to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and low self-esteem.

Creating a safe space to share & grow is a cornerstone of my practice. I will treat you and your family with respect and confidentiality; never focusing on blame/faults. Let's live the life you desire and I look forward to working with you towards experiencing that “Heaven on Earth” journey. Contact me to begin that collaborative regenerative relationship.
